Wedding Management

Formerly known as “Day-Of Coordination,” this role has evolved into a much more hands-on and comprehensive service. We begin working together as soon as you book, with key details being refined about three to four months prior to your wedding, and final adjustments made approximately two months out. From timelines to vendor communication, we step in to manage the details. On the wedding day, we serve as the central point of contact for all vendors and oversee execution—so you can be fully present & enjoy every moment.

Wedding Coaching

Wedding Coaching is designed for couples who want professional guidance without the investment of full-service or guided planning, or for those looking to elevate their Event Management experience.

Offered through hourly, virtual sessions, this service provides access to expert advice across all areas of wedding planning—budgets, timelines, vendor selection, etiquette, logistics, and everything in between.

Couples plan independently while we provide clarity, direction, and honest insight at key moments. Each session is tailored to where you are in the planning process with an agenda driven by your questions and needs, offering practical guidance and reassurance so you can move forward with confidence.

Wedding Coaching is advisory and session-based, while our Planning Services include full support, coordination, and execution. Coaching sessions are offered in limited quantities per client.

Our in house acoustic duo adds a layer of effortless ambiance to cocktail hours and after-parties, creating a relaxed yet elevated atmosphere that invites guests to linger and enjoy. This live music offering is designed to complement the moment—never overpowering, always intentional.

Featuring a dedicated guitarist paired with a rotating selection of professional vocalists, each performance is curated to complement the tone and style of your event. Vocalists rotate based on availability. The duo offers a refined mix of modern favorites and timeless classics, creating a warm, polished, and social atmosphere ideal for conversation and celebration.

Months (sometimes years) in advance, we work closely with you to define a clear aesthetic vision, drawing inspiration from your story, personal style, and the way you want your guests to feel. From color palettes and textures to lighting, layout, floral direction, and bespoke details, every visual element is thoughtfully considered and expertly layered.

Our approach goes beyond décor — we design the flow, atmosphere, and visual rhythm of the entire event. The result is a wedding that feels effortless yet impactful, luxurious yet personal — the kind of celebration that lingers in memory long after the last dance.

Wedding Coordinator

Our Event Management service is designed for couples who have planned their wedding independently but want a professional to step in and bring everything together seamlessly.

We begin working with you approximately three months out, with a deep dive into logistics and details taking place around the ten-week mark. We review contracts, confirm logistics, and ensure every moving piece is accounted for. We create a thoughtful, detailed wedding-day timeline and become the primary point of contact for your entire vendor team.

On the wedding day, we’re behind the scenes managing transitions, troubleshooting in real time, and ensuring everything unfolds exactly as planned. Our role is to execute your vision with calm precision, allowing you (and your loved ones) to be fully present and enjoy your day without distraction.

This service is ideal for couples who want expert oversight, seamless execution, and peace of mind — without full-service planning.

Venue Coordinator
A venue coordinator works exclusively for the venue, overseeing on-site logistics and venue staff. Their role is essential and complementary to ours. While they manage the venue and their staff, we work solely for you. We collaborate with venue coordinators well in advance and operate side-by-side on the wedding day. Having a knowledgeable venue lead allows us to move quickly and efficiently — whether it’s rerouting power for the DJ or adjusting logistics on the fly — ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Once you book, you’re always our client. While the level of involvement depends on the service selected, we remain a trusted resource throughout your journey and are always just a call or email away.
