A two-time winner of the Best of the Knot – Philadelphia, two-time ‘Best Wedding Planner’ winner awarded by the Northern DE Most Happening List and just named The Best Wedding Planner by The News Journal’s 2020 Readers Choice Awards, we have garnered a loyal following for our modern spin on classic entertaining and our organic approach to everyday living. We believe wholeheartedly that each event and project should be an authentic representation of our clients and we stand by the mantra that each day should be celebrated. Designing stellar weddings, events and designs, we look to help create your inner ‘Joie de vivre’ – in all its forms.

What We Do
During the planning process, our team will work closely with you leading up to your event or project ensuring we get to know you and your style…or the style you’re hoping to achieve of course. That’s so important to us! We thoroughly enjoy what we do and look to layer our events + designs with beautifully sourced + curated materials such as textured linens, cohesive color pallets, eye catching patterns, hand-picked furnishings, creative ambient lighting, + of course some unexpected pops of fun here and there – because, why the heck not. With your help, we will advise + hand select top notch vendors to complement your event, vison and personality to ensure it’s a roaring success. With our strong attention to detail, solid vendor relationships, extensive background in event planning and styling, and an incredible passion for doing what we do, we’ll create a finished product we know you’ll just love. Behind Our Brand
After years of planning a variety of weddings + shindigs for those closest to her, Leeanne Rocheleau, A Delaware Native, founded Luxe + Lovely Events in 2013. Having graduated from the University of Delaware with a B.S. in Health Studies and working several years in Healthcare Administration, Sales + Marketing, Leeanne learned first-hand how to adapt to high stress level situations, focus on time-management, and excel at goal budgeting, all later proving invaluable in running her own business. While in a boutique shop on Cape Cod a sign caught her eye that sparked an ‘ah ha’ moment. It read, ” If you had to chase a dream, what would it be?”. In that moment Leeanne knew she would start her own business and became a Certified Wedding + Event Planner.
In her spare time, Leeanne enjoys music + going to concerts, running, creating art, serving her community + spending time with those closest to her. Together, Leeanne + her better half, James, are raising their rescue dog “Hoss,” a tail-less 70 lb. Australian Shepherd/Siberian Husky mix with the brightest blue eyes.
